ORDER INFORMATION

PROCESSING

All orders are processed & shipped Monday through Friday.

Processing takes 1-2 days following your purchase. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and select holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a separate email containing tracking information once your order has shipped.

Holidays include: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Juneteeth, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.

SHIPPING

All YZ products are shipped from Brooklyn, NY. 

Shipping costs are based on the order's overall weight & final destination, so prices will vary.

​

There are a couple of shipping methods available to fit your budget and timeline.

​

USPS Priority | Est. Arrival 5 - 10  business days 

USPS Express | Est. Arrival 2 - 4 business days 

FedEx Ground / Home Delivery Est. Arrival 5 - 8 business days 

FedEx Express Saver | Est. Arrival 2 - 3 business days

Note: All shipping lead times are estimates, not guaranteed!

All single-kit orders will be shipped in a compostable poly mailer.

All multi-kit orders will be together shipped in a box.

​

At the moment, YZ Bouchic is only shipping within the United States of America.

International shipping will be available in the near future!

REFUNDS

 

- I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS -

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let me know!

Send an email to YZBOUCHIC@GMAIL.COM & you'll receive a full refund, minus shipping costs.

*Please note:

- You MUST reach out to me within 30 days (Sat & Sun included) of your order being reported as delivered (by tracking info). You are no longer eligible after 30 days. Due to the natural properties of these products, I strongly recommend using them soon after receipt.

- Misuse of the products [on the customer's behalf] does not constitute for a refund.

DAMAGE UPON DELIVERY

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email YZBOUCHIC@GMAIL.COM. Damage claims must be submitted no later than 5 days after delivery, so make sure to inspect your items immediately upon arrival. You are entitled to either: receive a duplicate replacement (if available); receive a similar item of the same value (if the original item is unavailable); or receive a refund for the products(s), minus the cost of shipping. Replacements & refunds are not issued for damage due to customer's negligence.
